“After looking at several flooring stores and getting the run around I ended up at Flooring Source working with Malina. Our frustrations immediatley went away and the process was effortless. She worked with me to make sure the wood flooring would look great even when the light hit it by taking samples out into the parking lot (and in the 90 degree weather). She even went as far as to pull cabinet samples so I could picture what it'd look like next to our cabinets. When I went back to officially place our order she remembered me and still had all my information. We made our purchase on a Wednesday and were told it'd be delivered early the next week. Then we got a call Friday saying it was in and could be picked up at our convenience. SO nice to be able to work with friendly people who only cared about what WE wanted, rather than what they could upsell to us. We WILL DEFINITELY be returning to purchase any flooring we need in the future!”
