“I recently had water damage on my hardwood floors with the hurricane. This happened two days before I was scheduled to put my condo on the market. The initial flooring company to come showed no real interest in the job. I called FlooringRVA and Robert Fletcher, the owner was immediately on the case. His sales person, Matthew got samples to me while I was traveling to Washington state. We agreed on the Brazilian Cherry that would match the rest of the condo. They ordered the wood and the installation went beautifully. Jonathon, was on top of the job and helped resolve any questions or concerns that came up. It all looks gorgeous and the condo is now on sale.”

“I wanted to use a local flooring installer to put in some hardwood floors where we previously had carpet. From the initial call to set up the consultation to the post-install follow-up call, everything was done quickly and professionally. They worked with my timeline and recommended a nice hardwood that met not only my needs but my request for a quick turnaround. The install was done in one day, from 9 am to about 6 pm (I did have only one small space done - maybe a 14x12 space). They took all of the old carpet and such so we did not have to deal with its disposal. The cost was very fair for the service, in my opinion. Overall a great experience! I would highly recommend!”
