“Very courteous and friendly. After our first visit, they delivered samples to our home when we needed to see more. Explained the advantages and disadvantages of the products that were available for our job which was flooring for our utility room and half bath. We needed specific dates for the job to start and finish and they were very accommodating. They explained everything they were doing step by step. Everything was cleaned up thoroughly when finished. They left the remaining tiles and grout for us. Definitely would recommend them.”

“The flooring we purchased needed to match what had been previously installed in the hallway outside the bedroom. It came from a different manufacturer but is a perfect match. The two men installing the new floor moved some large furniture from the room and removed the old carpet, pad and cleaned the underlaying floor. Promptly started laying down the new wood flooring. They finished the floor in the bedroom and walk-in closet the first day. They returned the next and installed the baseboard around the two areas, cleaned up and returned the large furniture. They did an excellent job and I would request them again.”

“Flooring and Beyond now feels like family - as we spent A LOT of time with them. We had an issue with trim pieces for our flooring selection and it took months to rectify. Not the fault of Flooring and Beyond, but a manufacturer that did not have a matching trim piece for stairs. F&B was willing to redo our stairs with something else when we lost hope of getting a resolution. Ironically enough, just when we threw in the towel trim pieces showed up and they matched the flooring! It's easy to provide a good rating when everything goes right. It's when things don't go right that you appreciate commitment to find a resolution. Flooring n Beyond has excellent installers as well, and they put up with me - which is saying something as I am very particular. I inspected every part of the job and the final products (vinyl plank flooring throughout first floor and stairs to second floor, marble time backsplash in kitchen, area rug) all met my expectations. Many thanks to Jerry, Britney, Mike (the most patient person in the world), Jimmy and Joel. I know the quality of this business now and there is no need to go elsewhere for flooring, tile and whatever else they decide to sell that we need.”
