This company has amazing representatives like Lauren and others on the sales floor who are instrumental in helping make the right decision on your purchase. If you’ve needed flooring recently, you are aware the options are boundless. I was overwhelmed with so many choices and left the store without making a decision. I then called Lauren and asked if she could narrow my choices. She completely understood so I gave her my dimensions, a preferred and maximum price range along with my color range and asked her to pull together 5 options from which I would choose. We made an appointment and when I arrived, she had chosen five completely awesome—and within budget—choices for me! I was able to narrow down what I wanted quickly and with no anxiety! Next was the wait for it to arrive and then be bound—I had a 12 x 14 foot rug custom made. Due to COVID, it was delayed but Lauren continued to keep me updated on anticipated arrival dates. Once it came in, Jerry bound it beautifully! I had to delay delivery due to a medical issue but their team was amazing to work with. They allowed me to delay the time and date and delivered it right on schedule! When Jerry and Michael arrived, they had to move a couple pieces of furniture out of the way before they laid the rug but didn’t mind. And were they ever patient with me!!! I have a bit of OCD and wanted the rug to line up perfectly along the hardwood floors. Jerry and Michael insured it met my expectations before they left. They were terrific at getting it right! I can’t sing the praises of this business highly enough. My first encounter was when they replaced the flooring in my Mom’s home in 2019. She had gone to all the “big box (BB) stores” but could barely get waited on. When she set appointments for someone from the BB stores to come and measure her square footage, they either never showed up (nor called) or arrived hours later. I was so concerned that if they couldn’t show up to make a sale, what would their installers and follow up service be like?!? After seeing a couple of commercials for Flooring N Beyond, I asked my Mom to please check them out. She did! And we couldn’t be more pleased! They did an amazing job and continue to ensure she is happy with the results. The treatment she received has been superior to any other flooring business she—or I—have ever worked with! I love my new rug and will only do business with Flooring N Beyond for any future flooring needs! Their services and prices and commitment to their customers is top notch!”

“I love my new Armstrong Luxe Vinyl Plank flooring from Flooring N Beyond. It looks beautiful and is so easy to keep clean, especially for seniors, like me. It's much easier to push around a dust mop than it is to push a heavy vacuum. Almost makes cleaning fun.
