“Wanted to take the time to write a review on the performance and quality of work that Flooring Factory achieved on our hard wood floors. From the very beginning they have been prompt at answering calls and texts and have been very honest in everything that they have done. We were nervous about having them come out an try to match the hardwood floor stain to our existing 20 year old floors but they have done a perfect job. I typically don't take the time to write a positive review but they have absolutely blown me away with the entire process. The only hiccup was there was some damage to a garage door that might have been caused by my wife or their contractor, we couldn't figure out who did it but they repaired it without me asking to do so and they even repaired the one that I broke when we moved in, they went above and beyond in everything they did and we couldn't be happier. The floors are perfect and so is the customer experience. We will be using them for all of out flooring needs from now on!”

“Great customer service. We must have visited the store a dozen times, before making our flooring decision. Everyone was patient and understanding of our desire to pick the best quality flooring for our home remodel. The process from picking and ordering our flooring to the installation went smoothly. We were completely impressed and delighted with the quality of the flooring and the skill of the installers. The attention to detail was impressive. Months after installation, we had a flood in our kitchen due to an improper installation of a new dishwasher. Wander and his crew immediately responded to replace the damaged flooring. After the floor was replaced, one couldn't tell there was ever any damage. Now, over six months since our flooring was installed, we continue to love the look of our floors. We are so impressed at how durable the flooring is, with no signs of wear. I would highly recommend the Flooring Factory to anyone looking for quality flooring, quality installation, fair pricing, and great service.”

“We just had our floors installed the week before Christmas (2019) and we couldn't be happier. Wander was terrific and guided us through the entire process. He and Cintia worked with us on budget and provided us with multiple options. The team that installed the floors were polite and worked diligently and completed the project in a time frame quicker than we thought was possible. We were also impressed with their quality and attention to detail. The ladies there knew their stuff and were extremely helpful in finding a flooring product to fit our needs, our wants and our budget. After that they sent someone to get measurements for a quote, the man was extremely kind and helpful also. The price they gave was very good so we went with them.
