“Great customer service. We must have visited the store a dozen times, before making our flooring decision. Everyone was patient and understanding of our desire to pick the best quality flooring for our home remodel. The process from picking and ordering our flooring to the installation went smoothly. We were completely impressed and delighted with the quality of the flooring and the skill of the installers. The attention to detail was impressive. Months after installation, we had a flood in our kitchen due to an improper installation of a new dishwasher. Wander and his crew immediately responded to replace the damaged flooring. After the floor was replaced, one couldn't tell there was ever any damage. Now, over six months since our flooring was installed, we continue to love the look of our floors. We are so impressed at how durable the flooring is, with no signs of wear. I would highly recommend the Flooring Factory to anyone looking for quality flooring, quality installation, fair pricing, and great service.”

“Welcoming, knowledgeable, patient staff. Estimator gave us different ways of installation, & believe it or not, saved us money. The installers themselves, were quick, quiet, & especially neat. There was not a speck of dirt when they finished. If there are any more flooring projects in the future, we definitely will go to Flooring Factory. “Wanted to take the time to write a review on the performance and quality of work that Flooring Factory achieved on our hard wood floors. From the very beginning they have been prompt at answering calls and texts and have been very honest in everything that they have done. We were nervous about having them come out an try to match the hardwood floor stain to our existing 20 year old floors but they have done a perfect job. I typically don't take the time to write a positive review but they have absolutely blown me away with the entire process. The only hiccup was there was some damage to a garage door that might have been caused by my wife or their contractor, we couldn't figure out who did it but they repaired it without me asking to do so and they even repaired the one that I broke when we moved in, they went above and beyond in everything they did and we couldn't be happier. The floors are perfect and so is the customer experience. We will be using them for all of out flooring needs from now on!”

“I was blown away by every step in purchasing my new wood flooring...the sales staff were so helpful and patient with me while deciding on exactly which flooring I was going to purchase. The installation process was nothing like I imagined. They were so polite and cleaned up every day before going home which allowed me to not live in my house without any inconveniences at all. Took 1/2 the amount of time I expected for my size project. Very very impressed. I highly recommend this company if you are considering new flooring.”
