From the onset, Alexa (Ewing) greeted me as if I were already a faithful patron of their company. She’s Very patient, professional, and extremely attentive. Alexa went WELL BEYOND her expected scope of duties to assist me by readily agreeing to FaceTime with me so I could accurately articulate the tile project. And, I’ll be remiss if I didn’t mention Jeremy ‘JJ’ Jackson (my personal designer... in my head) who offered beautifully, sound design ideas with tangible effects. I hadn’t any idea that a simple call would result in a virtual consultation for my kitchen backsplash. Seriously, it was so warm and comforting that the only things missing was the wine and easy chairs. Thank you, Alexa and Jeremy, for your hospitality; for your kindness and generosity did not go unnoticed.”
