“Purchased hard wood flooring for living, dining, hall way and office. Very satisfied with the product and pricing. Customer service, however, is a C-. Some of my furniture was left on my back porch overnight during a rain storm, and new flooring was left covered in dust, and sticky residue. Pay special attention to your expectations vs those of the installation manager.”
