“If you want incredible service this is the place to find it. I had messaged a few places online to get some quotes on flooring. Some places sent me an email response with a general idea of cost, some didn't respond at all but Todd at Final touch not only called me but he came to meet me at my new house to see the current flooring, measure the area and then made an appointment with us the same day to come look at options. We were under a very strict time crunch as we weren't expecting to need to rip out all the carpets before moving day. We discovered that the carpet was literally disintegrating. We had about two weeks until moving day so Todd specifically found out which flooring was in stock and ready to ship for the timeframe we had and the size we needed. He helped us pick out the best product for our needs and even came up to the house to check out my progress on ripping up the old carpet which I decided to do on my own. He gave me advice and pointers to make the workload lighter for me. He stayed in touch with me over the next few days to keep me updated on the shipment of our vinyl plank flooring we chose. By the forth day after ordering they had the product delivered to the house and the job started and finished within two days!!
