“We were not planning on replacing our flooring, but when our water heater sprang a leak and flooded our house Family Floor and More was recommended to us and they were completely Awesome every step of the way to replacing our flooring. “The crew over at Family Floors definitely deserves a 5 star rating. I originally found out about Family Floors when looking at Hallmark wood floors online. When I reached out, I spoke directly with Brett, who is the owner. After my first conversation with Brett, I immediately knew that he had earned my business. Brett is easy to communicate with and he has a very relaxed demeanor. Most importantly, Brett was very patient with me as I checked out sample after sample. After months of working with Brett to find the perfect floor, I also learned that he offers the best prices in town, by far. Brett seems to do a majority of his work with contractors, so you may have to schedule an appointment to get into see him, but he has tons of samples in his showroom. Don’t be fooled by the fact that Family Floors only has a few reviews on here, it is definitely well run business and I will not be looking anywhere else for my future flooring needs.”

“I went and shopped at Family Floors and was really impressed with Brett and Calvin. I took samples home; brought them back; took more home. When I finally found the one I wanted, Brett told me had done a house with that floor recently and offered to take me to the house to see the floor. What a difference that made. Also, did a lot of checking around and he is the best price in town and he is local. It was a great experience and Brett and Calvin are great guys. It was nice to have a no stress shopping adventure.”

“Family Floors and More were amazing. Brett was easy to work with start to finish. They replaced all the floors in my new house: laminate, carpeting and vinyl tiling. They were able to complete the project before we moved in and I was so pleased with what was chosen. I told Brett my likes and dislikes and he was able to quickly direct me towards what he had in his own inventory that would match those needs. I also had the fireplace surround re-tiled as an afterthought and was extremely happy with that too. The customer service is outstanding and Brett is very good at communicating progress. I will be going to Family Floors and More in the future for all of my needs. I highly recommend Brett and his team!”
