“I had my LVP floors installed in 2020 and they are looking great. The experience with Family Floors & More was excellent. I worked mostly with Calvin and Brett. They were so patient and offered their knowledge the many many times I visited their shop due to my inability to make a decision on the flooring. Like another reviewer, I found their shop because I was looking for Hallmark flooring at the time. I ended up going with LVP instead but I can't say enough about how patient and nice everyone was. The installation went great. I also purchased our countertops from them and love those also. Andy is also great, I worked with him more toward the end of my experience with Family Floors & More but he was also very friendly and wanting to help. I would use them again for sure.”

“Very professional from start to finish will definitely use it guys again in the future and recommend them to our friends and family. They worked with us on nailing down the details of our project and were very easy to deal with. Their show room floor has a great selection, and we were able to find products that other companies do not provide. We had about 1100 square-foot of luxury vinyl planks installed, and they got this done in two days, including new baseboards.”

“We just had our upstairs flooring redone, Andy and his team were amazing! From choosing the flooring at their warehouse, the installation the day of, and even the handyman that came out after the flooring was in (just because one door didn't quite close right), everyone was EXTREMELY professional and courteous. It was a great experience and I HIGHLY recommend.”

“The flooring we choose was great and so was the install! My one issue is that we got new baseboards, but it was very clear they were not double painted as they claimed. They were chipped right after install. I dont recommend base boards with them unless they allow you to inspect for paint before they install. I hope this helps someone! Otherwise, we love our floors!”

“I bought my first home over the summer and I knew I wanted to change the carpet. When I walked into their shop in Elk Grove, I was met with two kind men who showed me a lot of respect and explained the process to me. (As a single person under 30, people often try to take advantage of my inexperience and rip me off). Andy and his employee who was at the store front at the time did not do that. I could tell they really wanted to take care of me and make sure I was all set. Andy did some miracle work with my short time frame to get the carpet I wanted delivered and installed in such a short amount of time.”

“Brett and his crew are amazing!!! I’d recommend them to anyone! This was our first time replacing floors and we were a bit overwhelmed. Brett took the time to figure out what we liked and helped us find LVT and carpet that we love! He was also very flexible and accommodating. When we found out our escrow date had been pushed we panicked knowing how booked Brett’s team was along with installers everywhere. We truly thought we were going to have to move all of our belongings twice. But Brett was able to work it out and made it happen! Not only that, his crew got the floors done a day early, which took even more pressure off of us. Our new neighbors even made comments to us about how hard working and friendly the installers were. Overall we could not have asked for a better experience. We can’t wait to work with Brett when we are ready to replace the counter tops!”

“After driving around for miles trying to find a place to accommodate my needs. Family Floors came through for me. My dog chewed up a small square of my carpet and padding. I had excess carpet as I just purchased the house, but I was in dire need of the carpet padding. Every place only had a full roll, which covers a whole room. Or not in stock, and would have to wait for them to deliver And I was just needing this carpet fixed and replaced. I only needed a small 3×5 space and they had just what I needed!!! They were just awesome and so kind and understanding of dilemma. If you ever have an emergency need, or just a remodel, I would highly recommend them. 100% professional and perfect place to go.”
