“The workmanship was great, professional, the flooring was exactly what I ordered. My only complaint is there was not the correct amount of flooring sent with the workers. They were short one box and had to return 2 days later on Monday. I had to leave work for an hour or so while they finished. Otherwise, it was a good experience.”

“We had some confusion at first as to whether is should be a floating or direct glue down floor. I am not sure if the transition strip from the new flooring to the old flooring at the hallway is the correct color. The reason I do not know this is that I am in Minnesota for the summer while the flooring was installed”

“The person who came to install our flooring was very personable and professional. Did a great job explaining everything he was doing and left the rooms clean. The salesperson on the other hand seemed "bothered" or preoccupied with the time it took us to purchase. Even though it was a done deal. Also tried many times to speak more to my husband who showed up later , than to me, who had been dealing with him the whole time. Even when I asked a question., he would address my husband only.”

“The designer was very assisting, friendly and professional. Appreciated the in-home samples and discussions although would be easier if all flooring was comparable as in price per square foot instead project price. The carpet installer did an excellent job, was extremely professional, considerate and timely.”

“I always read reviews on anything I purchase, I was shocked to see all the bad reviews. So having the company come over and give me a quote very polite and very knowledgeable. Set a date for installation and seeing the reviews of all the bad reviews I expected the worse. It was far from that it was very pleasant and the installation crew was awesome. And done very quickly. Nothing to say but WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE with this company. I definitely would recommend.”
