“It was a great experience from beginning to end. Starting with our sales consultant, Carmen, who was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the whole process, answered all our questions, and helped us make good decisions. The installers showed up exactly when they said they would, were very proficient and skilled, and finished the entire job (which was the whole house...carpet and vinyl tile) in two days, instead of the 3-4 originally quoted. The lead installer, Fernando, was helpful, friendly, courteous and clearly motivated to do a good job. We chose Express Flooring initially because their TV ads appealed to me, but we are very happy we made that choice!”

“I came in to purchase a walnut butcher block for a job I had been awarded and found out there was a delivery charge, due to it not being in stock. This would have been a lose in profit, had I had to pay to meet my obligation to the customer. John at the new Webster, Texas store assisted me and were able to find the product at another local store; saving me the delivery charge. I was initially upset that the information card at the display location was unclear about any internal delivery charges for products not in stock; especially when my proposal was based on the listed price at the display. Anyway, John stepped in and we were able to get the issue resolved and notify management of the need for further clarity on the signage. Thank you John and will be back seeing the new store soon. “We scheduled for a consultation and no one ever showed up. We even called 30 minutes after the appointment time and was told the sales rep was still with a customer and would be to our place within the hour. After 90 more minutes and no one showed, we rescheduled. The rep that came out on the rescheduled date was awesome. He showed us only samples of what we were looking for. We scheduled the installation for a few days later. The installation was quick and efficient. Will definitely consider using again!”
