“I've now gotten flooring for my home from Carpet Mill, Home Depot, Carpet Exchange, and Brinker's. Brinkers is by far the best. They're a smaller family business and it shows in a good way. The installers work for the company and are not subcontracted like at the other places. They did an exceptional job with the installation in a tricky room. Because the installers work for the company directly, there seemed to be easier, smoother communication all around. And the owners/managers that I met in the showroom were genuinely nice and helpful.”
