“Get your flooring here! We had carpet installed while the business was called Brinker's. We had problems with the carpet after the business was purchased by Element Flooring and Design Center (and during the height of Covid). Even so, Element stood behind the warranty, had the carpet inspected and got us a credit for new carpeting from the distributor. Omar Lopez of Lopez Carpet was our installer and he did an excellent job. You won't find better service anywhere else. We are beyond pleased and know for a fact that if any issue should ever arise again, we will be taken care of.”

“Super awesome experience. Dani is, in a word; amazing. She worked very hard for me. Though she was often very busy, she always took the time to make me feel like I was her only customer. She stayed after hours to help me, she was fabulous about communicating with me. She went above and beyond to see that the project from start to finish was excellent. I love the quality of the carpet and carpet pad I bought. Jose (installer) is very accomplished at his craft and very pleasant. Element Flooring and Design Center is great, hugely because of their staff. Be sure to check out their new location.”

“I had my bathroom tile redone this spring by a different company (before I knew about Element) and it was not quality work, unfortunately. I needed to have it gutted and completely redone. I'm so happy I went with Element Flooring and Design Center for the redo. Dani was wonderful through the whole process and helped me pick out the different tiles and colors, and it all came together beautifully. Tom, the tile setter, did wonderful work. He never made assumptions about what I wanted, checking in before doing a certain design element and letting me know if he felt something wouldn't look quite right before he started. If I wasn't sure about a specific look, he always offered different options for me to think about (where to put the niche, how to line up the tile, etc). The finished product is wonderful and I like even more than I hoped I would. I definitely recommend Element Flooring and Design Center.”
