“Augusta Flooring removed my carpet and installed new flooring in 5 rooms plus my foyer. They did an excellent job in helping us select our flooring choices and getting it scheduled even though materials were hard to get in most places. The workmanship of the installers was also excellent. I am a very detailed person and they met my expectation. You could not see a nail hole or a seam in the molding that was installed, and the crew worked hard to complete the job on schedule. I would definitely recommend Augusta Flooring for any flooring work.”

“From the beginning we had a wonderful experience with Augusta Flooring. Kay was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I feel like I asked so many questions, but she answered each one and put me at ease. I wasn’t totally sold on the first flooring choice I made, and Kay went out of her way to help us find something we loved, but was also within our budget. Josh and Nathan installed our flooring. From the minute they arrived until they left they were working. You could tell they are true professionals and work so well together. Most importantly, they were on time each day and were diligent about cleaning up behind themselves before leaving. On the final day of our install, they let me know immediately they were short two boxes of flooring due to a mix-up with the manufacturer, and assured me they would be back the next day to finish. The following day I was kept up to date on when they would be here to install and finish working. We’ve had our new floors for about a week and I love them!”
