“I purchased a house full of carpet from a local box home improvement store who promises installation within 4-7 days. When my carpet arrived, I was told it would be over a month before installation could be completed. I returned the purchase and went to Augusta Flooring. From the moment I walked in the door it was a wonderful experience. Mr. Doug walked me around the store showing me the options he had that would match my job. We settled on a product and Mr. Doug was as my house the very next morning to take measurements. 10 days later, Mr. Larry arrived, on time, to install my carpet. Mr. Larry was pleasant, easy going, and efficient in his work. Mr. Doug called a few days later to ask if I was satisfied with my product and installation. I most certainly was! Excellent customer service and excellent installation. Shop local before hitting the big box stores!!! Thank you to everyone at Augusta Flooring for such a wonderful experience.”

“My experience with Augusta Flooring started off great with Kay in the showroom and just got better every step of the way!. Kay was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the showroom is a pleasure to shop in. When we made the appointment to measure for my new carpet Kay told me she would be at my house between 9 am and 9:30. She pulled in my driveway at 8:57 am. Josh and his team did a great job with the installation and Josh actually saved me a little money. I have yet to find a single scratch on any of my furniture. On top of all this great service they have the best prices I have found. I would not think twice about using them again and have recommended them to everyone I have had a chance to.
