“Came in to talk to Conrad to get an idea of flooring with our Kitchen we're remodling and he was extreamly helpful and kind. We liked him so much we decided to get the whole house done instead to suport a local buissness rather than go with a corporation. Recently we were told it would be more than originally price and we still decided to stick with the company but today when we called up we had to deal with a very rude receptionist and are being told we'll be charged even more for taking out tile ourselfs. I personally want to just get the flooring panels and do the labor ourself at this point becausethe lack of customer service quality from when we went in originally till now blows me away, but my husband is still waiting to talk to Chad who he spoke with for the estimation. I'll revive my reveiw AFTER all is said and done to refleact quality of service and materials but I am not happy with current situation and might be reducing my bill to just the price of materials and having a friendlier company install.”
