I was only trying to let you know that Chad, the owner, was the only one that could make that call on your material. I had no authority to do so. I had no way of knowing the material you would be using and if you would need floor prep before install. I do apologize for any misconceptions of my intentions. And I am happy we were able to accommodate you with a full home installation of flooring. Thank you again, I hope the new bundle of joy was an even happier addition.”

“Chad who is the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. We put new luxury vinyl in most of our house and it is beautiful. We had a small problem due to the parquet underneath, and they came back and removed the vinyl then removed the parquet and put back the vinyl at no charge. His staff were professional and did an excellent job.”
