“Very solid flooring company. Their pricing is slightly higher than some other vendors you might come across, but that is because they are using a big name brand Shaw as their materials, as they are an authorized Shaw dealer. And like with most things, you pay for the name. However, even with that, it has been far more convenient to use them than other non-authorized Shaw dealers. They can tell you precisely how much of any Shaw material is in stock, where it's in stock, and how long it will take to ship the stock if from Georgia. I can always count on them to deliver a quick estimate, and just as quick get me scheduled for installation. The install quality has always been on point, and have never had any issues with their installation. My point person Manny, has always been very easy to work with and has worked very well with me to accommodate my property owner's needs.”

“On time and competitively priced. Installers arrived on time and communication were excellent. Nice carpet well installed. Only issue, and it is a serious issue for me, was the installers were way too quick to want to leave, to beat traffic. They left furniture they had moved into other rooms, as well as heavy items from China cabinet all over the house, that I had to put back myself. They needed to take an extra 5 to 10 minutes to put everything back where they found them and they would have gotten 5 stars.”
