“This is a great company. We've used them twice now - on two different jobs and their work is professional and consistent. The initial contact was very positive and their representatives were knowledgeable about flooring. The process itself was great. Specifically, the workers were as careful as they could be about the amount of dirt and dust tracked in and out of the house (although it's a VERY dirty job) and were mindful of the fact that our dogs were loose and running around the house.”

“It is very interesting to read other people's review on a company. The negative reviews had to do with wood and tiles. I cannot comment on the installation of those products but what I can comment on is the installation of carpet. We had been referred to Daniel Flooring by our general contractor. We finally called them out, two weeks ago. David came on Friday, April 13th. He was very personable and professional. He measured the areas to be carpeted and then called Daniel, the owner, to get a quote and also to see if he could locate a specific carpet we had seen at Home Depot. Daniel gave us a quote and assured us that he could get the carpet we wanted. We arranged to meet him on Monday, the 16th. For that appointment, we were actually late. Daniel kept the store opened for us. We showed him the sample we had and he was able to locate and show us the exact match. He had offered a much better price. We signed a contract that evening. He told us that the carpet would come in by mid week, the following week. We called him on Wednesday the 18th to ask if he could just go ahead and schedule an installation date of the 25th. He did! Yesterday, Billy and Scott came out to install our carpet. We were told that they would arrive between 9:30-10A. They arrived as scheduled. We were told they would need the entire day so plan that they would be here till 3P. They worked tirelessly and efficiently. They were done with the job around 2P. They accommodated our needs to finish up our paint job by doing the rooms in the order requested, cracking jokes and having a good time, the entire time. We most certainly will recommend Daniel Flooring to all our friends, family and online strangers alike. Thank you Paul for the recommendation!
