“Originally we had old glued down hardwood that our dogs basically destroyed! Dalton Discount came in, referred to the best flooring based off our liking and knowing we had dogs. They knew we were trying to list our house to sell and they worked with us with the time limit we had for our house being on the market. They ordered materials and installed in a short notice! The crew was so nice and did an amazing job!!! We will definitely be referring them to anyone looking for flooring.”

“I recently had engineered wood floors installed in three bedrooms and carpeting in my master bedroom closet. From start to completion, the entire process was seamless. When I visited the Grayson Pkwy location, I spoke with Jennifer. She was very warm and explained that the owner, Tracy Smith, would come out to measure. Tracy came as scheduled and promptly sent an estimate a few hours later. After I made my selections for the flooring and the carpet, the appointment for installation was set. I enjoyed meeting with Tracy. He is very personable and genuinely wanted to make certain I was pleased. The install team arrived promptly and worked diligently throughout the day. Again, I was amazed at how wonderful they were. They moved my furniture and placed it back perfectly. The three men were also very personable and really seemed to enjoy their jobs. Tracy dropped in during the day to ensure everything was going as planned. I highly recommend Dalton Discount Floors and More. “We had the flooring our entire house replaced last year. We thought we knew what we wanted. When we got to the showroom Jenny asked us questions about our lives and explained what we really needed. Thank goodness we followed her advice! We had beautiful durable floors installed in just a few weeks. Fast forward a year and the “big freeze” happens. The only uninsulated pipe in an outside wall freezes and burst flooding my almost new floors! After water remediation, Tracy came and assessed the damage. Almost half of the flooring had to be replaced. They were able to find the exact same flooring and arranged for demo and installation in a couple of weeks. While so many others were just getting started with repairs, we were almost done!”
