All the material was provided on time with excellent communication and we got the best price at this location from a long search at other options.”

“My wife and I stopped by Tracy’s store in the eve on a Friday. Tracy was patient and kind and he talked us through the options he had available. When we told him we wanted the Mohawk eco friendly airo brand, he special ordered it for us. Tracy was a breath of fresh air when it came to customer service. He kept us updated via text on when our carpet would arrive. He was very kind, considerate and helpful. If you need any flooring at all, Dalton Discount Floors is your place. “Tracy and team are so easy to work with. It is rare to find a company that will proactively keep in touch about your project. From the beginning the owner, Tracy, was very informative about project timelines and scope of work. Tracy was the first person to call me to let me know there was a materials issue that would delay the completion of the stairs by at least a few weeks. We talked about alternatives if the materials couldn’t be made available and came up with several plans. Luckily we got the materials in the shortest timeframe but not without a few additional hiccups along the way. Tracy called each time something in the plan changed and kept me up to date. He personally stopped by the worksite to check on progress and assure work was completed. You don’t get that kind of service at all the big box stores.”
