“So so so happy with our purchase from Dalton! Javier, the store manager, is awesome! My husband and I bought a house and tried to save the carpet originally in the home with a deep, professional carpet clean. Unfortunately, the carpet and padsing were so stained from the previous owner's pets. Even after cleaning, the smell was so nauseating. So we decided to go ahead and replace it. Our first stop was Dalton. We told Javier our situation and how quickly we needed to have the install done - our move had been postponed due to a number of issues including having to pull the carpet out. Javier said, "Let me make a call and see if I can get you scheduled for an install this week yet." He was on the phone 2 minutes and confirmed they were able to get us in within 2 days. We were so impressed and happy! Because we had such a quick turnaround, we were limited to the carpet that was in stock. Javier was great and helped us find a color and brand that worked for house and wallet. Very pleased with our purchase and highly recommend Dalton Carpet!”

“Javier was phenomenal! Moving into a new home, we ended up having to replace the original carpet last minute after it was determined that it was too far gone to just be deep cleaned. Javier and Jon were able to fit us in into their tight schedule right away and at very short notice so we could keep the move-in process from being delayed any further. Javier was able to help us pick out a carpet they had in stock that provided both the comfort and durability we were looking for and fit our budget. He worked within our budget, giving us multiple options, talking through the different carpet and pad styles, and he did not try to upsell us with something way out of our price range which I really appreciated. Prices are very good while not lacking on quality. We are extremely happy with the end result! We are extremely grateful for them being able to help us through this situation!
