“We had 3 companies in consideration: Crown flooring was the last we approached after Costco and Ayoub - Wood Floor. After carefully examining their respective offers and their proposed explanation of the wood floor installation technic, we chose Crown flooring. Not only their overall cost was the best, but their technicians were polite, knowledgeable and honest. We are happy, the installation was done professionally and at a very competitive price. I must confess I contacted their immediate competition to ask if they could match Crown Flooring price, but they were not capable to do that. We saved some money and are very pleased with what we got. The wood was the right one and the job made by the installers was excellent.”

“We had been heavily considering Home Depot for carpet since they were doing their free installation, free stairs, free furniture moving, etc. deal. We identified what we were going to get at HD and then rolled over to Crown cause two friends had highly recommended them. We were not disappointed. Willy was very knowledgeable on the carpet types and helped guide us to a comparable scenario. We paid a few hundred dollars more than we would at HD, but got a better carpet type, and the benefit of having the same company 1) sell us the carpet, 2) install the carpet, and 3) ensure the job was done to our satisfaction. The other thing we really liked was Crown didn't nickel and dime. All the stuff that HD was offering us for "free" is standard service at Crown and included in the price per sq/ft (old carpet removal, stairs, furniture moving, etc.). The installers were great and diligently ensured to put screws in the sub floor in as many places as possible to minimize squeaking, and to tuck ethernet wire we had running along the baseboards back behind the new carpet. Highly recommend.”
