“Great Customer Service! They put new carpet in our whole house. Beverly was kind and helped us find the exact carpet we wanted and perfect for our budget. Willy was clearly knowledgeable about installation. The crew of three that came for the install were on time, worked hard, and carefully. They even came back to work on the runner to make it look perfect. I really like what they did with our stairs. Big improvement to what we had before. The carpet was installed 6 months ago and still looks great!”

“Crown Floors was excellent to work with! Beverly helped me decide on my carpet style and when I couldn't decide on a color, she ordered three colors samples and had them shipped to my house! Very helpful in my decision making. They are very good at communication too. I just had my carpet installed in three rooms today and I will be using them again for my upstairs. Highly recommend.”
