“We used Creative Carpet & Flooring to install carpeting in 7 rooms, a hallway and steps with a landing (approximately 1800 sq. ft.). During my first visit to the store, Michelle assisted me with my selection. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me, as I had many questions. She explained the different types of carpeting and told me about sales promotions. The carpeting that I eventually selected is top quality and feels great. Everyone was very professional, from Michelle to the person who came out to do the mearurements to the 3 installers. The installers moved our furniture (we only had to remove breakable items), removed all of the old flooring and installed the new carpeting and cleaned up in 8 hours. Simply amazing!!! A co-worker recommended them to me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks for a job well done !”

“If you are looking for new flooring and want quality products, at a good price, with great service, look no further. From the moment we walked into the Creative Carpet show room in Mokena, they were professional, respectful, and helpful. It was not a high pressure sale. Having done our homework, we walked in knowing what type of fiber we wanted. Tom knew exactly where to point us. He showed us options from three different companies (and not just the most expensive ones). We took three samples home, and set up an appointment for Tom to come out and measure. He even made time to come in the evening after he was off work. We asked him for details about each carpet that he had to call the manufacturers for. As promised, I had all the specs we asked for, along with an itemized estimate for each type of carpet in my e-mail the very next day. After putting half down, the carpet was ordered. It took two weeks. They kept us in the loop the entire time. There was a reminder phone call on Friday (install on Monday morning) and also an e-mail with reminders of things that need to be done before the install to make the process go smoothly. The crew showed up right on time. They were Mexican gentlemen but all spoke articulate English when speaking to me or my children. They were fast, efficient, courteous, respectful of my home (booties on and off when in and out), cleaned up after themselves very well, did not damage anything, and did a beautiful job. Creative Carpet was not the cheapest bid we got (but very much within the ball park), but the service made it 100% worth the little bit extra. I will definitely be recommending them to others!”

“We are very pleased with Creative Carpeting and Flooring for the job they did in our home on March 21 and 22. It was a big job, 3 bedrooms, hall, closets, Living, Dining room and main bathroom and was done in a day and a half. The installers were very efficient and personable and the yardage seemed to have been calculated so there wasn't an abundance of excessive left over! Tom Holan was very helpful on our several visits to the store in the process of making a decision.”
