“I had new carpeting installed by Creative Carpet on March 20, 2017. They came highly recommended by my sister, and I can honestly say my experience with them was fantastic. Michelle Chapman helped me choose the absolute right kind of carpet for my lifestyle and budget. Her follow-through and communication with me throughout the process was outstanding. The installers, led by Tony, were unbelievably professional and even fixed a problem I had with a closet door. My house looks better than it ever has and I LOVE walking barefoot on this wonderful carpeting. Thank you all for a job well done! I hope to have my bedrooms done soon!”

“I just had my carpet installed by the Creative Carpet Highland, IN, location and I am very, very happy! It feels so soft and has completely transformed my hallway and bedroom. The padding underneath feels so great to walk on. Steve and Chris were very helpful in helping me choose a quality carpet. I picked out my carpet on Saturday and installation was available as quick as the following Thursday. The installers were great, very professional and did a great job of cleaning up. I'm so glad I found them and would choose them again for future carpet installation!! Very excited about this carpet and highly recommend them. I love that they are a family owned business!!”

“Creative Carpet set it up to have our existing hardwood floors refinished and they look absolutely new! We left the house for a few days because of the smell of varnish and came home to no dust and no mess! Mark Jr. even set it up for the guy who was doing our floors to put a coat of varnish on a kitchen table we were refinishing at the time! That's what we call service above and beyond!”

My room had a lot of cutouts which would have made it difficult for the best of carpet installers. They came in looked around and went right to work doing what I would call a "10 star job". VERY satisfied with their quality of work...and the icing on the cake was that they totally cleaned and vacuumed it up. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality workmanship.”

“I had a very easy experience working with Tom, my consultant. I had new raw wood installed in two rooms and my existing hardwood floors sanded and stained to match. Johnny and his team started the project Monday morning and completed it by Wednesday afternoon. They worked until late in the evening. Upon returning to my house I found a leak in my basement due to the coil in m the back of the refrigetator being kinked when it was put back in place. I contacted Tom and he and Johnny were at my house within 45 minutes. The problem was fixed with no damage to the new floors. Next month I will be carpeting my upstairs and will write another review.”
