“Short Version: From start to finish, Couch Potato Carpet did a fantastic job and we are more than pleased with their work. I would recommend them to anyone! Our experience at Couch Potato Carpet was excellent! Our new puppy ripped up the carpet in our living room and we had to an unexpected reno and replace the carpet. We called Couch Potato and they sent out Tom to do an in home estimate for us. Tom was fantastic! he was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and gave us all of the information we wanted. We asked for estimates for several different types of carpet and hardwood and the possibility of doing a second room as well. Tom sent over an estimate for all the different combinations we talked about with pricing and everything! It was great to see all the options and see exactly what we would expect to pay for them. It helped greatly in making the decision. We ended up going to the show room in person a few days later just to finalize our color and carpet choice. Tom was there to help us again and did a great job! We ordered the carpet and it was ready to go and scheduled for install a little over a week later! The installers were professional and did a great job! Our room was big enough that the carpet would need a seam in it and they asked us where we would like the seam based on the layout we would have for our furniture. We decided on it, but they did such a good job you can't even tell the seam is there at all. If you need any flooring done, give these guys a call. They are great!”

The ladies in couch potato offices are professional they stay on top of your order, scheduling of installation, and conduct satisfaction calls . Great pricing. Great experience I could go on how great Couch Potato carpet is but I’m going to take a nap on my new carpet .”
