“What an experience from start to finish! I worked with a few different members of the couch potato carpet team and each time and each conversation left me feeling happy and excited choosing them to install over 2000sq. of carpet! They were able to quickly get us scheduled for measurements and on the books for installment! I threw a few curveballs at them with requesting 1400+ sq feet of carpet to be ripped up and removed. Without hesitation they said they would take care of it! The scheduling team-(heather, Gina and Sarina) all were amazing to deal with! Professional, kind and willing to go that extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with everything! The crew- Tom and the 3 men who did the actual installation! Their work speaks for themselves! The carpet removal and install was quick and looked incredible afterwards! The guys were friendly and easy to work with! All in all I would 100% use and recommend anyone to couch potato carpet!!! I couldn't decide what type of flooring I wanted for my kitchen and she went above and beyond to show me anything and everything they had to offer. When decision was made, the sale moved quickly.
