“We purchased pet friendly carpet for our family room, but the sales person, GP, didn’t tell us the loops would snag easily. Within the first week there were two snags in expensive flooring. Of course Coston claims there is nothing they can do. However if I would have known about snagging easily I would have picked something else. I don’t expect this carpet to have a long life. Update 11/5/2021 - Coston Floors IS in the process of replacing the carpet to our satisfaction. It has been great working with the people to resolve this issue. Thank you”
