“Sales consultant Rick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the hardwood flooring. We were trying to match existing and he knew which samples we should take to compare. He even came out to the house to help us finalize the selection and measure. The installers arrived on time and worked hard to finish the job in one day. They were neat and helpful in putting the furniture back in place. The results are beautiful and we love our new floors!”

“The sales staff was wonderful, very friendly and knowledgeable. The installation crew were great. They were on time. They did a very professional job. And they did a great job cleaning up after the installation was complete.

“Bubba Britton came to the house with samples and did an excellent job explaining the details and cost. The crew arrived on time and completed all but the reinstall of toilets which was completed the next morning by the plumber. We found all employees to be excellent, professional with great work ethic. Highly recommend Costen Floors!!”
