“I had the interior of my home painted in June. I started looking for a flooring design store late July. I met Jeff beginning of August. I had done some research on wood flooring, but with the information Jeff provided me that day I was able to get started on picking the wood flooring & tile I wanted. I had my entire home done. Very, very satisfied with the finished product. Keith who answered every question I had. His precise measurements. Ted who did the installing. He was on time and his work is top notch. I told a friend after meeting Jeff, even after looking around at other places that I would be back. No pressure, just a friendly and informative atmosphere.”

This time was a much bigger project than the first (wood and carpet) but we were so impressed the first time decided to use them again. So glad we did. “It was a great experience from start to finish! The sales guy was informative and I never felt pressured or hurried to make decisions. I did my own research before and everything he said lined up with what I had thought and he was very knowledgeable about the product. Construction (and destruction) started on time and they were nice and informative and quick, but also very skilled. Replaced the entire first floor, including multiple layers of kitchen tile. All the corners and edges look great, even the closest floor looks perfect. Another contractor (unrelated to the floor!) even commented they did a great job. I waited several weeks after installation before leaving this review just to make sure and I've had zero issues. The kids, cats and dog all approve as well.”
