“OMG.... Had 40 feet of interior wall removed....redid the ceilings, electric, and removed old floors..... tiled over 1500 square feet in the time line we contracted for ...... Phil acted as the general contractor and took total control of the entire project.... One slip up at the end with the cleaning crew who did not know how to clean.... Phil took charge and had our house cleaned ..."again" at no cost. Highly recommend for all aspects of home remodeling.....”
