“Evan promptly responded to my call, set up an appt and professionally presented the materials that my husband and I wanted to see to complete our project. Evan helped us match as close as possible to existing flooring. The carpet was going to be a day late but Evan communicated upfront through the whole process. The installers did a great job; they were respectful and neat, having mostly cleaned up after. There was a remnant left in a room but I realized we hadn't been able to communicate about that. All that said, the prices beat out the other bids we got and our carpet has been great over the past month.”

Most would sell their product and I’d never hear from them again. Not so with Tom. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the product and the job the installer did (which was very good). “Donny was such a tremendous help in my selection of luxury vinyl tile flooring for my kitchen and bath. His was the second quote I'd received and it was 30% lower than his competitor. The flooring guys who did the install were experts. Not only did they do an amazing job, but even made every effort to clean up the dust caused by pulling up the old flooring. I even "caught" one of the guys shoveling snow from my drive before starting the second half of the job. You'd be crazy to rely on those big box stores in hopes of getting such great product and service. I'll be using Choice Floors again for any future flooring needs.”
