“Here is a shout out to Payless design center and our sales rep Laura. Laura handles all of our carpet, hardwood flooring, and sheet vinyl needs. As a little backstory,I had sought out another flooring company several times, to get better customer service. When Laura and her group took over our flooring sub contracting company, I was a little bit leery about our customer service not getting better. I am glad to report that this was an unfounded concern. Since she took over our account, we have had excellent customer response, and timely completions. She rounds out our team and is one of the last subs in on many of our job sites. With her commitment to professionalism and quality, she wraps up many of our jobs to the pleasure of our clients.”
