“I couldn't have had any better service than I did with CVF. 3 months before my remodel, I contacted CVF. Anthony B. came to my home with a sample that I was looking for as far as engineered wood flooring. He was professional and honest. The quote came to me the next day. It was out of my budget at the time but I kept it on file. I really loved the sample of the wood and It was what I was looking for. I went to several different company's and 3 big box stores. I couldn't find anything that was in my price range or the quality was just not what I would have wanted, since I would be replacing my whole house with the hardwood. I didn't want to regret it later. My gut was to purchase the wood from CVF. At this time I had a week before my remodel was going to start. I contacted Anthony B. to purchase the hardwood. I was impressed that he remembered me after 3 months. He worked with my purchase every step of the way before and after. Customer service is what always sell me. Not only you know your going to get a good product but you get honesty and integrity as well. They honor their word and stand by their product. And will not disappoint you. Anthony B. was up front and honest with me from the very start. Since I didn't go with CVF installation I would have to pick up the wood at their warehouse, which was not a problem for me. But Anthony got in touch with the manufacture to see if they would be able to deliver the product to my home. Which was a go. The day before the delivery Anthony called me and had some bad news, but good news as well. The amount of wood I needed was fine but some of the boxes had broken pieces and they would not have enough boxes to replace them. At that time my heart just about stopped beating. But I was calm, because I know sometimes things like this can happen when building or remodeling your home. You don't have control over things like this. Because of this he had some good news for me. Since he knew my install was going to be in 2 days he offered another manufacturer's hardwood. It wasn't exactly what I wanted. But he was not going to let me down. He told me that It was a better quality hardwood and was not as glossy as my original product I purchased. Though It was a matte finish and the price was more. He told me not to worry for he would honor the original price he sold me! Who does that!?! I was not sure about the hardwood since I didn't know what it looked and felt like. He sent me a picture of the hardwood. I think he could tell I was nervous for buying something site unseen. He reassured me I would not be disappointed or replace a product he did not believe in 100%. He stands by his word. So I took the chance. He was so right! The wood quality was more than I expected, it was so beautiful! I had 5 boxes left over and I was able to return it. He also was able to get me a Bona starter kit for free! Central Valley Floor Design (El Dorado Hills) customer service is at its highest standards. Anthony went above and beyond! Even though I did not have CVF do the installation I can assure you if their customer service is at it's best I can't imagine their installation anything less. I will recommend Central Valley Floor Design if anyone is looking for flooring and/or installation. Thank you Anthony for making my flooring purchase go smoothly and the outcome so beautiful!!”
