“The last visit we had was to replace a floor that was installed in April this year. We had a problem with one section of flooring and the guys a Castle took care of the problem in a timely manner. They did good by us. Definetly would call and refer them to anyone.”

“We are full timers in our coach and we like to keep up the unit to look as new as possible. I am a hot rodder and very particular with my vehicles. We wanted to put new flooring in the kitchen to bedroom. Looked at several businesses to find the product. Not happy with the service or the product from those we have looked at. Ended up at Castle Flooring,heard they had been in business for decades. The young man showed us several products and as we were going over the ceramic tile , he showed us what he thought was the best choice. The product would handle water and wouldn't show grout lines through it as well as keeping the area quieter. I tackled the project and in 2 days it was completed. Beautiful product to work with and looked awesome as well. Not the end of story though! Later in the season a water main broke in the resort and when water was turned back on early morning, the pressure spike of air popped a water line off under the sink. Water ran from 3 am to 8 am and flooded front of the coach. Ruined the front hardwood as it curled and separated. New flooring was perfect. With no time talked with Castle again and they came out to bid the job as I didn't have time to do the job myself as we were going to leave in 5 days. They supplied a crew and the job was completed the same day the product arrived . The crew did a fantastic job and we're very friendly and courteous as well. We were off to home 2 days later thanking Castle for all their efforts to supply us with the best product and the best service possible!! When I'm back this fall,we will do the final bedroom piece . They get 5 stars from us for sure!”

“The 5 star would have been for sure if Luis had done the floors. David & Fred were great & did their best but one can tell that they need a little more experience. Eg: T strip between existing tile & new floor. They should have cut the longer strips for the LR (most prominent) first, then the door strips. Because they did the door strips first we have a join showing in the L.R. Similar problems with baseboard but overall a job well done Thanks.”
