“On Saturday, August 15, 2020 I went to the store and selected a whole house tile install. The installer Armando called me to schedule a day to measure. We agreed on Wednesday. By 1pm Wednesday, I called Armando to get an idea when he would show. He sounded slurred, confused and angry and told me it was Thursday. I told him that was not what we agreed on and I was waiting on him. He didn’t even remember my name or address. I told him to forget it, I would call the store and get another installer, hopefully a professional and organized one. I called Trisha the sales person, to let her know what happened and she told me she would have Robert give me a call to reschedule a day to measure. Well, two days later, nothing. This my first time dealing with Casa Carpet and my first experience is awful customer service. If you proceed with with and install, my advice is do not let Armando be your installer. If his work is anything like his attitude and organization you will end up screwed. As for Casa Carpet, no manager ever called me back, NOTHING! Thus the 1 star rating. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND THEIR INSTALLERS.”
