“Casa was a great company to work with. From the initial contact by our rep, Alfonso, to the final walk through of the finished project, we experienced nothing but utter professionalism, attention to detail, and a personalized experience we won't forget. After Alfonso came to the house (masked, full COVID awareness and precautions) to take measurements we went to the store to pick out the engineered hard wood and tile we would be using throughout the house (we ended up replacing some 3500 sq ft of carpeting and old tile). The selection at Casa was top notch and Alfonso helped us with selections as we worked on picking out the right color combinations and style of materials that worked with our budget. Once we had the materials picked out, he worked up the proposal which was extremely detailed (down to the number of gallons of adhesive to use) and included a timeline for the scope of work. Materials were ordered and soon the project was underway. The lead foreman of the project, Elmer, was also extremely talented, professional, and helpful. Not only did he direct the crew, but he was very hands on with the nuances of the installation, the prep work, and final touches after the fact. Throughout the process, Alfonso made it a point to stop by the house and check on progress, point out potential issues to the crew so they would end up creating a beautiful finished product. The final result was stunning. Having our choices of wood and tile come to life in our home was simply exciting and we cannot commend the team at Casa enough. We would have no problem recommending them to anyone looking for a new flooring project.”
