“They put new carpet in our living room, three bedrooms, a hallway and stairs. Ken was great to work with! I never actually went into the store (everything was coordinated over email), I contacted them (based on google reviews) already knowing what I wanted, and they made it happen! Ken was extremely prompt in all his replies to my correspondence (usually within an hour unless it was after business hours, then he got back to my first thing the next morning), and answered any, and all questions I had! They worked with me on my timeline (and even were willing to change install dates at the last minute to accommodate a delay I had on another project in my house). The end result looks great, and I couldn't be happier! I would definitely get flooring through them again.”

“Great customer service! Highly recommend for any flooring needs. We got carpet installed in both our basement and living room. Very pleased with the outcome and Kodiak was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He did not try and up sell us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely be returning for future flooring needs!!”
