“I am a huge fan of Carpets Direct. We used them for carpet in our basement and floors in my parents condo. In both cases they did excellent work and were exceptionally kind and courteous. In particular an issue arose when they were installing the floor in the condo. I discussed it with Chris, the manager, he looked into it, and I was honestly blown away with his professionalism in resolving it. There are few companies that treat their customers so well.”

“We worked with Direct Carpets last year, and the crew they sent with the carpet were efficient, neat and A+ quality. Just finished flooring upstairs, this time Tim (craftsman) did a fantastic job. Can't say enough good things about him or his work. Hope you're paying him enough for his quality work, or he deserves a big bonus. The other gentleman that put carpet in 2 rooms also did an A+ job.
