“Went into the store with a few questions about patching a carpet. Larry went above and beyond to help me with something that clearly wasn’t going to get him a sale. He even went as far as going through his old carpet scraps to find me a small piece to use. Great customer service! Needless to say, when I do need new flooring, I’m going back to see Larry!”
