“Very prompt in all aspects of the new flooring project. The cost were very competitive , the installation was done when they said it would be done. Very pleased with the outcome. This took place just after the hurricane, Florence . Getting repairs work done at this time was almost impossible. Except for Carpet Smart, they visited the house for the quote when they said they would, had great feedback to questions on the issues of converting hardware and carpet to the LVF, and sent their crew to install the flooring right on schedule.”
