“I can’t thank these guys enough!! I foolishly went with Home Depot before these guys saved me. Home Depot makes a lot of promises that they will not keep, do not trust look up their installation Co. I completely renovated my mom’s house as a surprise so the last thing I desperately needed was a fresh carpet for her. Home Depot kept saying my carpet was on its way and installation date was set.. well day before the supposed install they call and say they can’t even find the carpet or tracking,wow..Anyways I run over to Carpet Mills literally the day before I need the carpet installed, I’m welcomed by all the nice guys there and Bill helps me. Bill went through the carpet selections quickly because he knew I had a serious time crunch. He found the perfect color and for my exact budget. He even knew the lay out of my mom’s townhouse from past customers. He said the guys can install the next day at 8:30am!!! What?!!! No way!! Home Depot couldn’t do it in over a week!! I waited for some cancellation call that night or next morning but instead I had the installers calling me at 8:15am saying they are on their way!!! 3 hrs later and they did an amazing job. I can’t thank you guys enough, you have no idea the happiness you will bring my mom who really deserves this. I’ll never forget, Bill is the man!!, great quality carpets!!, great prices and great installers!!! Thank you!!!!”
