“Call them to give me a quote on installing carpet in 4 bedrooms. The home was about an hour away from there store. I talked to the person at the store about this before they came out to the house. They made the drive showed up a little no big deal. They guy was efficient measured everything and said he would send me a quote. Well 2 weeks later 2 phone calls later and a text message no quote. I hope the business reads this no need to try to earn my business at this point but if you would tell why you would come and measure then not provide a quote for the work that might be interesting to know. Trying to be fair here giving you 3 stars and not just a bitter person. Oh and I drove that morning an hour and half to get to the same house one way so you wasted 3 plus hours of my time.”

“We highly recommend the guys at Carpet Mills Direct! We needed a rug bound last minute (last minute being the next day) and these guys delivered! Bill helped us pick out a carpet that would work and John bound it the next morning and delivered it to our home. Today it's hard to find people with any customer service skills but these guys go above and beyond to make sure you are happy!”

“We needed to replace about half of a carpet padding due to a small flood in our bedroom. At Home Depot we were told we would have to purchase a whole roll of the padding we had initially installed for $300 or buy another type, which didn't have the quality we wanted and what we had. Upon calling Carpet Mills Direct, they told me they should be able to match the padding we currently have, and I can only buy what I need and no need to purchase the whole roll. I went to the store and few minutes later I walked out with the carpet padding for a fraction of the price I would have paid at Home Depot and it was even less than the less quality padding from Home Depot. And they even put the padding in the car for me! What a great service.”
