But I wish I had begun my search at Carpet Direct because I could have saved so much time and avoided frustration. Scott is professional, knowledgeable, and determined to provide the best customer service possible. When I stopped by the business to pick up samples, he offered to come to my house and bring many more options than I could possibly have managed, and he also measured the space. It was like having the showroom come to me! Once I made my decision (Coretec), I was pleasantly surprised by the quoted price. The flooring was shipped from the factory right on time, and my new floor has now been installed. I would recommend Carpet Direct to anyone looking for good value and excellent service.”

“Everything was so awesome! Scott came to my new house and then at the house was leaving at the time, he took the measurements everything in the same day! He ordered the product and did arrive pretty fast! He managed to install it for us before our moving day! I would definitely recommend them and use again if need in the future! The carpet looks very good quality, you want to jump or dance in it 😂 for who got child it is amazing, I feel like if he ever falls out of bed the carpet will help him a lot! Well that’s it! Thank you again for everything Scott you have no idea how easy you made our move!!”
