Mehdi and Sam showed up the very next day and right from the start - built a trusted relationship (almost like family) - their guidance was exceptional, very knowledgeable about addressing the myriad of challenges, great recommendations on what to install and all with a laser focus on costs. In a matter of few days, the relationship had transcended to almost family - there was a genuine sense from Mehdi and Sam to help me with this major damage. Even while I was out of town they kept me posted on any developments, sending regular updates and pictures. Infact, after our initial discussions I did not even have to go check on how the work is progressing.
