“From the moment we walked in to your store, Tim the design consultant was simply terrific. Not only does he have a great eye, but he's just such a nice person who made us feel like we were going to make a great decision with his help. He's the exact reason why we decided to get our flooring from your company as opposed to Home Depot. Went above and beyond every step of the way and gave us significant time and helped us understand what would work for us and blend with our cabinets. Tim is the kind of guy you want front and center with your customers in my opinion! The other person I want to recommend is Mike, our installer. Mike kept excellent communication with us and I felt completely confident that he was going to do his absolute best. We were very excited when we saw how close he was able to put our wood-like tile! We liked the way he works so much that we had him do some additional work for us after the Carillon job was completed. What's unique about Mike is that he's such a perfectionist and master of his craft, yet he has such a nice way of communicating with people in a pleasant way. Will be highly recommending Carillon floors to anyone I can. Couldn't imagine having a better experience! Thanks again.”

“Carillon Floor Center has a great selection of area rugs. I wandered in one day to look at rugs and was welcomed by Tim. Tim is an amazing and helpful salesman. Based on pictures of my home, he showed me area rugs that he thought would work well. Then he offered to bring rugs to my home so I could see how they would look. Over a few weeks, Tim brought about ten different rugs to the house until I found one that looked great and I loved. Tim is now helping me choose a rug for the master bedroom. I’ll keep Carillon Flooring as my first stop for flooring.”

“Carillon Floor Center had a great selection of tile for our remodeling project. We were able to find tile for multiple rooms at one location. We went to several tile stores but found tile at Carillon that no one else had. We worked with James and he was very knowable and friendly. He understood what we were looking for and could find a match for what we wanted.”

“Excellent experience with Timothy. He pulled rugs out based on pictures we had of my new place. We selected two of the 6 or 7 options and put them on order. We were in NC when they arrived and he had them delivered to the condo and placed them as we planned. Experience was perfect start to finish.”
