“From the moment we walked in to your store, Tim the design consultant was simply terrific. Not only does he have a great eye, but he's just such a nice person who made us feel like we were going to make a great decision with his help. He's the exact reason why we decided to get our flooring from your company as opposed to Home Depot. Went above and beyond every step of the way and gave us significant time and helped us understand what would work for us and blend with our cabinets. Tim is the kind of guy you want front and center with your customers in my opinion! The other person I want to recommend is Mike, our installer. Mike kept excellent communication with us and I felt completely confident that he was going to do his absolute best. We were very excited when we saw how close he was able to put our wood-like tile! We liked the way he works so much that we had him do some additional work for us after the Carillon job was completed. What's unique about Mike is that he's such a perfectionist and master of his craft, yet he has such a nice way of communicating with people in a pleasant way. Will be highly recommending Carillon floors to anyone I can. Couldn't imagine having a better experience! Thanks again.”

“In the spring I had luxury waterproof vinyl installed in my condo. I was very pleased with the product and all the installers. I also had a new shower installed, again very satisfied! Recently the condo from above me had a pipe that was leaking under my slab in the front bedroom. Unfortunately the flooring needed to be taken up. Much to my surprise Tyler Rice advised it could be reinstalled after the repair of the pipe. Thank you Tyler for all the attention to this matter. The floor was reinstalled and looks brand new. The installers were excellent! Special thanks to Sean who was on both projects. There was a minor detail on tile around the shower drain that need refinement, Tyler and Sean collaborated and made it perfect. “We recently remodeled our house, and Carrillon Flooring replaced all of our flooring. Carrillon had a large selection. We worked with Tyler, and he is one of the best contractors I've worked with. We had an issue with our subflooring, and Carillon made sure it was thoroughly corrected before they laid down the LVP. I believe other companies might have just made a few tweaks and then put the flooring down. Carrillon took the extra steps to make sure that our floor would be level. Also, I was out of town for part of the job, and Tyler kept me informed and sent pictures of the work's progress to me. He is very easy to work with and does what he promises. I highly recommend Carillon to anyone who wants their job done right. Our LVP floors and carpet look fantastic, and Carillon was great to work with. They are very professional, responsive, thorough, and did the job right.”
